The kitchen is a white shaker galley with quartz counters and a stone tile backsplash, an apron-front sink under a window, a gas range for anyone who actually cooks, and a French-door refrigerator. The bedrooms are made up the way a good hotel does. King beds under layered linen, televisions already on the walls, a slider out to the light. There is a walk-in closet with real hanging space, which furnished rentals almost never bother with and which you will be grateful for by week two. Both bathrooms were taken down and rebuilt. Walk-in showers are tiled floor to ceiling in soft marble, with rainfall heads, built-in niches, and pebble underfoot. One has a long double vanity with room for two people to get ready at the same time. The other takes its light from a skylight above an arched mirror. Outside the buildings sit low and single-story, with mature olive trees, desert plantings along the walkways, and the mountains standing behind all of it. The grounds carry pools and a spa, along with tennis and pickleball courts, so the things people usually pay a membership for are already part of living here. Covered parking.
